H.P Lovecraft's Dagon Comic Adaptation (2016)

Samples from my final project at Abertay University.

This was my approach to retell H.P. Lovecraft's first short story called Dagon, in a silent comic format. I explored the different ways visual language could be used to adapt a written story to a visual medium. Overall, this was a fun project.

I mainly used Photoshop to create the visuals but used Maya to create the perspective backgrounds when needed.
